What Customers Are Saying

"My Bubble Planner sits on my bureau next to my running diary and I confer with both of these daily.  It’s much better than using my filofax – which is very good for daily items and notes but the bubble planner is great for focusing the mind on the bigger projects. The size is great for my handbag and I love the aesthetic feel of it.  It’s very inspiring to open the pages and look at 'pictures' rather than lists."

What Type of Paper Do You Use in Your Planners?

PDF Print E-mail
Our planners, books, journals, refills, and notepads all use a super white, 28lb paper that has a nice smooth finish for writing. It is thick enough to both keep the pages from falling out of the 360 (Rollaind disc binding | aka Levenger Circa) Binding System and from bleeding through to the other side of the paper. We have experimented with many types of paper and really love this paper. Even though it costs more, it is such a great quality that we don't want to change.

Are Your Planners Good for People with ADD?

PDF Print E-mail

Our process works incredibly well for people with ADD. Many of our customers have ADD or ADHD and are learning how to maximize the positive traits of ADD, such as Big Picture thinking and the ability to multi-task while reducing the impact of the negative traits such as attention to detail and follow-through. Our planners are designed to help you capture your ideas, process your thoughts, and turn them into action.

This works in two ways. First, the spatial layout of the pages are similar to your desktop, which is action-oriented versus a list, which is storage or reference-oriented like a filing cabinet. Second, our pages naturally encourage you to filter your thoughts until you know exactly what you need to be doing right now. The longer you use the process, the more focused your efforts become.

Can you explain to me how to use the project planning page?

Here's how the project matrix (in the Big Bubble Planner) works:

The Project Matrix is a simplified version of a Gantt chart. It is designed to help you plan and track milestones for your projects. The 12 boxes may represent weeks or months. An easy way to use it is to identify one of your most important projects, then, mark the boxes with the amount of time it should take to complete. This helps you identify tasks that are time sensitive or dependent upon other milestones being completed. To track progress, either use a different color or another symbol to show percent of completion. (Some people use this matrix for habit improvement and mark success on a 7 day basis - not using the boxes 8-12).
